Product Description
The high pressure pumps have two kinds of the usage,one is for the high pressure cleaning purpose,and another is for pressure testing purpose.Hydro Test Pump is an equipment which is used to test the pressure of objects,the machine with high pressure water jet by means of a power device. It can jet high pressure water jet into the objects like the pipes,valves ,let the objects full of high pressure water jet.to see if the objects water leakage or not when the hydro test pump reach a pressure datas.this pump install a stop checking valve,ti can stop the high pressure water jet comes back into the pump.so the pressure can show on the pressure gauge.the pressure test purpose can reach.
This pump is the horizontal single-acting triplex plunger pump, components are dynamic end, hydraulic end, pressure regulating valve,and relief valve!
(1).The dynamic end (attched picture by the following)componented by the pulley, crankshaft, connecting bar , etc. dynamic power produced by the belt and driving pulley and also decrease the speed.driving the crankshaft rotary,and the connecting bar makes the rotary be direct!
(2)The hydraulic end (attched picture by the following)componented by the plungers,cylinders,pump body,water inlet and outlet valves,etc.the cylinders are fixed on the crank,the connecting bar drive the plunger do reciprocating movement in the cylinder which makes the content of cylinders periodic change.when the plungers are the sucking stroke,the the content of cylinders enlarge,and the water outlet valves close,forming a vacuum,the medium comes into the cylinders upon the pressure of the air;when the plungers are the eduction stroke,the water inlet valves close,the plungers make the medium go into the pump body through the water outlet valves,and then go into the pressure regulate valve,and last comes out from the high pressure hose!
(3)The relief valve (attched picture by the following) Relief valve is high-pressure pump of protection device, when the nozzle blocking, relief valve open, high pressure water flow, protecting the machine was not damaged by the overpressure.the customers do not touch that!
(4)The pressure regulating valve (attched picture by the following)the pressure regulating valve is used to adjust the outlet pressure and keep the system pressure.when the handwheel clockwise rotation pressure-regulating valve core, with the gap seat decreasing, overflowing decreases, machine pressure increases. When the handwheel counterclockwise, flow capacity increase and the pressure drops!
High-pressure pump power input shaft must be with power output shaft center high equal, Connection mode is coupling.Power input power must be higher than the high pressure pump power rating,1450rpm, the rotary way must agree to the pump’s input end mark.
High pressure pump power input size as right shown, the input shaft coupling inside the area with the joint area should be more than 75%, The manufacturing precision of coupling should comply with the requirements, also should make dynamic balance test,In order to minimize the damage of high pressurepump vibration.
High pressure pump’s four fixing bolts should choose high strength grade which should be tightened when installation.
After the installation of the high pressure pump, turn the coupling with the hand, which should feel consistent, no resistance and squeak& rattle phenomenon.
Pump’s inlet pipe must connect to the tank of water feed, according to the water tank form is shown below.
